How much do your services cost?

Our bookkeeping services start at $350/month. Bookkeeping with payroll starts at $450/month. Pricing may vary based on volume and complexity. We’ll provide a customized quote after your intake form is reviewed.

Do I need to use QuickBooks Online?

Yes, we primarily work with QuickBooks Online for all client bookkeeping. If you're not already set up, we'll help you get started or transfer your records.

What if I already have a bookkeeper or payroll system?

No problem! We can review your current setup and either take over your bookkeeping or integrate with your existing systems if appropriate.

How do I get started?

Just click 'Get Started' on our homepage to complete our secure intake form. We’ll follow up within one business day with either a discovery call or your engagement agreement.

How do you ensure my data is secure?

We use secure cloud-based tools and protect your information using industry-standard security practices. All intake information is encrypted and stored securely.

Do you offer catch-up bookkeeping?

Yes! We can help with past months or even years of bookkeeping that need cleanup. Just let us know in your intake form and we’ll provide a quote.

Are you a CPA firm?

No, we are not a CPA firm. We specialize in controller-level bookkeeping and payroll services. We can work alongside your CPA or tax professional if needed.

Do you offer tax filing?

We do not offer tax filing services directly. However, we ensure your books are tax-ready and can coordinate with your CPA or tax preparer.
